Right click on a desktop image size for your computer
then select "save target as" to download (remember what folder you save it in)
Select Start Menu:
Settings: Control Panel
Open the display control panel
Select the background tab
Press the browse button
Locate the folder you saved the file in an then select the file you just downloaded
Press the apply button
Press the ok button
